"I had the opportunity to connect with experts I wouldn’t normally meet in my day-to-day work and with whom I wouldn’t have been able to exchange ideas."
How was your experience with the Wibo Leadership Academy?
It went very well! Coming from a background at Apple, some of the content was familiar to me. However, there were still some interesting new insights, so it was very useful. In my opinion, for roles like ours, it’s essential to maintain ongoing training with structured tools to align individuals within the company and ensure everyone has the same level of knowledge.
What do you think of the executive teachers involved?
I really appreciated that the speakers were very well-prepared and senior in their respective fields. Each one shared their experience, and what stood out was that they all came from different roles and companies. This gave me a chance to see different perspectives, but I also noticed that these executives share several common traits, despite their varying backgrounds, roles, and companies. I came into contact with experts I wouldn’t have encountered in my daily work and with whom I wouldn’t have had the chance to engage.
At the end of the 6 weeks, a certificate of participation is issued. What do you think of these materials?
I really like that there is a certificate of participation and recognition to give visibility to the journey we’re undertaking. It’s essential both to enrich our training resume and to highlight the partnerships we have with companies like Wibo, who are behind a project that’s proving successful.
