"Personally, I’m applying many of the concepts I’ve learned during the sessions to my daily work, and they’re working very well."
How was your experience with the Leadership Academy?
It went well, definitely very well! It was more challenging than I initially expected because the interactivity of the program requires a higher level of focus compared to other courses I’ve attended in the past. In my opinion, the formula you developed, combining peer sessions with sessions led by various executives, created the perfect balance between theory and practice.
What concept have you found most useful in your daily work?
Personally, I’m applying many of the concepts I’ve learned during the sessions to my daily work, and they’re working very well. One area where I wanted to improve was conflict management, and using a more structured approach—such as open-ended questions and active listening—has been very effective for me. These methods work well because they adapt to the diverse personalities of the people I manage. I oversee 16 team members, each with a unique character, and this approach allows me to engage with all of them effectively.
How did the small group discussions go?
They were a lot of fun. The diversity in professional roles, age, and geographic background was always enriching. Everyone had the right attitude of openness and a strong willingness to share. The sessions were enjoyable and engaging, with new people in each group. These discussions definitely helped keep attention levels high, providing a refreshing break from the main sessions.
