Class Design
Classes are structured based on participants’ seniority, ensuring cohesive groups. This approach allows emerging talent, junior managers, and middle and senior leaders to engage in open, constructive discussions about daily professional challenges.
The diversity of experiences within each group fosters a rich and stimulating exchange, giving participants the opportunity to learn both from their peers and from colleagues with greater expertise.

Onboarding and Live lessons
The journey begins with a dedicated video call, giving all participants the chance to connect and get to know one another. This is the perfect opportunity to explain how the program works and align expectations. From there, participants dive into intensive training on the fundamentals of leadership, delivered over 12 weeks of dynamic and enriching lessons designed to build a solid skill foundation.

Assessment
At the end of the first 12 weeks, each participant takes part in an assessment to evaluate their progress and identify areas for further growth. This helps provide a clear picture of the skills they’ve developed and the challenges still ahead, offering personalized feedback to guide them through the next steps
in their training.

Personalized Roadmap
After the assessment, each participant embarks on a tailored training journey. Live lessons are paired with peer sessions, offering the opportunity to engage with other participants, and on-demand content that can be accessed at any time. This modular approach ensures flexible, ongoing learning, customized to meet each individual’s needs and goals.
