"We exchanged ideas very openly, not always with the same point of view, but often coming to conclusions by combining different and complementary experiences."
How did the first weeks of the Leadership Academy go?
They met my high expectations. It’s just the beginning, in my opinion, and it would be beneficial to create continuity with dynamic moments of interaction and discussion, involving not only the course but also one’s own company and HR team.
What was the most useful aspect of the Leadership Academy sessions?
What was most useful was definitely the use of concrete examples and the sharing of the challenges faced by people who have achieved great results in their careers. I was particularly struck by the fact that they also shared their difficulties and the mistakes they made. For some sessions, I regretted not having that extra half hour to dive deeper into certain topics and not being able to meet the participants in person.
How was the exchange with your peers during the group coaching sessions?
I really liked how everyone collaborated spontaneously and proactively. We exchanged ideas very openly, not always with the same point of view, but often coming to conclusions by combining different and complementary experiences. It was interesting to hear each other’s experiences.
What stood out the most about the peer sessions?
What stood out was the ability to engage and capture attention, along with the generally joyful and relaxed approach. Once again, I regretted not having more time—sometimes the topics were truly fascinating! I always felt supported and part of a group of people eager to learn, appreciating the purpose of these sessions.
