About Juice
Juice is an Apple Premium Partner, a title granted by the Californian company only to a select few. Founded in 1984, the company has evolved its presence in the market through various acquisitions and mergers and today operates through 60 stores in Italy, employing around 400 people. The company’s mission is to provide impeccable assistance and support not only in resolving technical issues but also in selecting devices, enhancing the experience of both professionals and private individuals using the ecosystem.
The Challenge
Juice managers are subject to continuous updating, intensification, and upskilling. They are present in the stores, acting as store managers, and are in direct contact with an experienced clientele, or at least curious about the digital world.
Juice always selects individuals passionate about the Apple ecosystem, but managing 60 stores requires not only passion but also a great deal of collaboration and organization. Juice’s area managers must be able to convey both quantitative goals and, above all, provide their store managers with the qualitative tools they need to generate as much added value as possible for customers.
The Solution
About a year ago, Juice merged with Med Store, another major Apple Premium Partner. Juice chose to collaborate with the Wibo Leadership Academy to standardize the training programs and start fresh. Wibo was the right choice to offer quality training to a wide range of experiences: managers who had already attended one or more management and leadership courses, as well as junior managers attending their first training.
“The concepts are obviously already known, but having the opportunity to compare ourselves with top managers really has its appeal, and the many examples brought up during the sessions are often very useful for our work life.”
The Impact
The experiences shared by the top executives from Wibo were a source of inspiration for Juice's managers, motivating them to improve their skills in relation to the topics discussed. Despite the Leadership Academy having been underway for less than two months, the managers have already had the chance to apply what they learned in the Live sessions, and in general, there has been noticeable increased awareness about their own competencies and greater receptiveness to other training paths that Juice plans to offer them. Furthermore, the area managers have shown greater confidence in sharing their knowledge with Juice's store managers.
