About Acquirente Unico

Acquirente Unico is a public company founded in 1999 with the initial goal of purchasing electricity for households and small businesses under protection. Over the years, however, its core business has changed. Additional activities have been added, such as managing petroleum stocks for the country, developing a platform to process data from Italian consumers, and opening an energy complaints service. With nearly 350 employees, the company grows by 10-15% annually.

The Challenge

Over the years, Acquirente Unico has faced major transformations: the core business changed, and governance evolved cyclically with new policies, objectives, and projects.
