Biografia

After earning a degree in Business Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Lorenzo Lagorio built a significant career in human resources, holding leadership roles at RCS, Electrolux, and Volare/Alitalia.

In 2008, he joined easyJet as Head of Human Resources for Italy, where he established industrial relations and negotiated collective agreements.

In 2016, he moved to easyJet’s headquarters in Luton, London, becoming Group HR Manager for Flight Operations and Onboard Services. In 2018, he was appointed Country Manager for Italy, overseeing easyJet’s commercial and operational activities in this key market, which includes 21 million seats across 236 routes.
