About Mamacrowd

Mamacrowd is the leading Italian equity crowdfunding platform, which has been facilitating access to the capital market for innovative companies and real estate projects since 2016.

Mamacrowd was born from the intuition of SiamoSoci, a key player in the Italian startup world since 2011, and is part of the Azimut Group, the leading independent Italian group in the asset management sector.

The Challenge

One of Valentina’s main challenges was to provide managers – who had recently entered their roles – with practical tools to quickly improve their managerial skills.

The future goal was to focus on tailored individual paths, but to do this, they first needed eclectic training covering all the key leadership skills.

Moreover, Valentina was looking for a program that was interactive and innovative, not one of the usual courses with thousands of slides and half the people in a state of drowsiness.

The Solution

To address these challenges, Mamacrowd chose the Wibo Leadership Academy.

The live sessions, featuring real top managers from major brands as teachers, provided the right foundation for training tied to practical experience rather than the usual “academic” lessons.

The peer sessions would give managers the opportunity to interact with each other, exchange opinions, and suggest additional methods for applying what they had learned in the live sessions.

The Impact

After the first 6 weeks, most managers felt more confident in their roles compared to the beginning of the program.

Thanks to the advance scheduling of the sessions, managers were able to prepare for the meetings and arrive on the day of the live sessions with a proactive mindset: many questions and a strong desire to learn more.

The constant presence and availability of the Wibo team, both via email and during the live sessions, impressed the HR representative and made the experience easier to engage with and more immersive for everyone.
