About Critical Service
Critical Service is a Turin-based company founded in 2015. Initially founded by four partners with twenty years of experience in the IT sector, it now has around 200 employees. With rapid growth, Critical Service has established itself thanks to the expertise of its employees, recognised by its client companies. The company is located in Palazzo Lancia, a historical place in the area, considered a stepping stone towards new opportunities both in Italy and abroad.
Currently, Critical Service is moving towards the cyber security sector, recognising both the technological and personal importance in this field. Critical Service operates 24/7/365 in Italy and abroad.
The Challenge
Critical Service faced two main challenges: expansion into new markets and the search for professionally trained talent. The company was by no means lacking in technical knowledge, but there was a need to train people more extensively, taking into account those soft skills that would help them to face the opening up to new markets with the best expertise.
The Solution
To meet these challenges, Critical Service chose the Wibo Leadership Academy. The training enabled Critical Service’s managers to engage with managers from other sectors, opening up new perspectives and consolidating the company’s vision.
The choice of Wibo was motivated by the freshness and innovative approach of the programme, which stood out from the classic training proposals on the market. They also liked the gradual delivery of the programme over time.
The Impact
Wibo impacted in two main ways: by showing new models and by deepening knowledge on models already in use.
The implementation of the Wibo Leadership Academy has had a gradual but significant impact on Critical Service. Although the results are not immediate, the training has sown seeds for future growth, provided attention and perseverance.
Wibo’s format, emphasising real experiences and practical advice, proved particularly effective for managers, who found the training a rewarding and non-burdensome element of their workload.
