How did the first weeks of the Leadership Academy go?

They were in line with the high expectations. It is just a beginning in my opinion; it would be appropriate to create continuity and dynamic moments of interaction and discussion with one’s own company and HR.

What was most useful to you from the Leadership Academy sessions?

Certainly, it was the concrete examples and the sharing of difficulties by those who have achieved great results in their careers. It struck me because they also shared challenging situations and moments when they made mistakes. For some sessions, I regretted not having an extra half hour to delve deeper into certain topics and not being able to meet the participants in person.

How did the exchange with peers go during the group coaching sessions?

I really appreciated that everyone collaborated spontaneously and proactively. We had very open discussions, not always sharing the same viewpoints, often reaching conclusions by combining different and complementary experiences. It was interesting to listen to each other’s experiences.

What impressed you the most about the peer sessions?

The ability to engage and capture attention, and generally the joyful and relaxed approach. Again, I regretted not having more time, as sometimes the topics were really interesting! I always felt supported and part of a group of people eager to learn, appreciating the purpose of these sessions.
