It was a very educational experience; it was truly great to exchange life experiences as well as advice and opinions with people from all over Italy and from different companies. This was a great enrichment in addition to everything we learned from the trainers. An excellent experience!

The advantage of the Leadership Academy compared to other training programs

I found the insights shared during the sessions very interesting, even in the breakout rooms, as they help to challenge oneself. I really liked the approach, which metaphorically is to plant the concepts and then give time and help people to “germinate,” allowing them to develop independently and apply them to their own context.

One lesson that has been very helpful to me and is aiding me from a work perspective is the one on feedback: how to give feedback, how to improve the whole process, where, and when. The exercises are very stimulating and well-structured. We focused on “small things” that are part of our daily routine and deserve a lot of attention. This allowed me to reflect on my daily work.

It was fun! Initially, we needed to reflect on the situation to extract episodes related to the topic at hand. The really positive aspect was bringing out these episodes even while chatting with others, and this interaction was very stimulating.

I used the platform to review content that wasn’t very clear to me. I believe it’s very important because it provides support even after the lesson is over.
