It went very well! Coming from a background with Apple, some of the content was familiar to me; nonetheless, there were some new and interesting insights, so it was actually very useful. In my opinion, for roles like ours, it is essential to maintain continuous training with structured tools to align individuals within the company and provide everyone with the same level of knowledge.

What do you think about the executive teachers involved?

I appreciated having very knowledgeable and senior speakers for each topic who shared their experiences, especially since they always had different roles and companies. This allowed me to see different perspectives, but I also noticed that these executives have various characteristics in common, despite their different experiences, roles, and companies. I came into contact with experts I wouldn’t have met in my daily life and with whom I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to interact.

What is your impression of the peer sessions?

What I really liked about the peer sessions is that there was plenty of space to reflect and share ideas. Because of this, I would allow even more time for sharing, extending this session to 90 minutes. I really enjoyed the exercises; they are clearly structured. I would have liked them to be of even greater difficulty because they are truly useful and stimulating.

At the end of the 6 weeks, a certificate of participation is issued. What do you think about these materials?

I really appreciate that there is a certificate of participation and recognition to give visibility to the journey we are undertaking. It is essential both for enriching our training curriculum and for showcasing the partnerships we establish with companies like Wibo through a successful project.
