Biography
After earning his degree in business management from Bocconi University in Milan, Lorenzo Lagorio developed a significant career in human resources, holding leadership roles at RCS, Electrolux, and Volare/Alitalia.
In 2008, he joined easyJet as Head of Human Resources for Italy, establishing industrial relations and negotiating collective agreements.
In 2016, he moved to the London Luton headquarters, becoming Head of HR for Flight Operations and In-Flight Services at the Group level. In 2018, he was appointed Country Manager for Italy, overseeing easyJet’s commercial and operational activities in a key market with 21 million seats on 236 routes.
